For more than 40 years, Tree Enterprises has been manufacturing quality linen and vinyl products for child care centers across the country. In the early 80’s, founder Jim Jefferson was asked by a dear friend to make sheets for his child care center. Working from his kitchen table, Jim cut each sheet by hand using Fieldcrest sheeting purchased from a factory outlet’s “3rds and worse” box. The colors may have left something to be desired, but the quality was second to none—and a family business was born.
Today, Tree Enterprises is owned and operated by Jim’s daughter, Tish Terry, carrying the company into its second generation of family ownership. While much has changed since those first sheets were cut on the kitchen table, one thing has remained the same: the commitment to quality. Tree Enterprises now offers an extensive selection of high-quality sheeting in more than 20 in-stock colors, along with four exclusive prints designed in-house. It continues to operate as a true family business, with Tish’s husband, Charles, managing the warehouse and their daughter, Alexa, managing their marketing and events.
