Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or ship the products.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping charges or applicable sales tax, which are calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit cards and, for qualified institutional customers, purchase orders. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
Custom and Made to Order Products
Many of our products are manufactured to order, including custom sizes, fabrics, and quantities. Custom orders may require additional production time, and once production has begun they cannot be canceled, changed, or returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the products.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is described in full on our Returns page and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Custom and made to order products are not returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Product Descriptions and Colors
We work to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials, and colors. Screen settings vary, so actual fabric colors may differ slightly from what appears on your device. Minor variations in size, color, and finish are normal in manufactured textile goods and are not considered defects.

Follow all product care instructions and any applicable state or local licensing requirements for your facility. Inspect products regularly and remove any item that is worn or damaged from use.
