Tree Enterprises is a family-owned manufacturer of daycare and childcare supplies based in North Carolina, in business for more than 40 years. We make cot sheets, cot covers, rest mats, crib sheets, blankets, bibs, changing table pads, walking ropes, and other supplies for child care centers, and sell them direct from the manufacturer with no middleman.

Our products are made in the USA at our facility in North Carolina. Because we manufacture in-house, we can also make custom sizes for items like cot covers, changing table pads, and replacement cushions, made to your exact measurements.

We sell to everyone. Most of our customers are child care centers, preschools, and in-home daycares, but parents often order our cot sheets, rest mats, and blankets for home use or to send with a child to daycare.

Standard daycare cots are approximately 22" x 52" and are used for children ages 2 to 5. Our standard cot sheets are sized to fit most national name brand childcare cots with all leg styles. We also make toddler cot sheets for smaller toddler-size cots, and larger special-order sheets for Community Playthings cots.

Our cot sheets are a high thread count cotton polyester blend, chosen for softness and for durability through the daily washing a busy child care center puts them through.

Each sheet uses one solid piece of elastic that encircles the entire sheet rather than short corner straps. The sheet grips the whole cot for a snug fit that stays put through naptime, and there are no small elastic straps to stretch out or break.

Yes, but they are a special order. Community Playthings cots are larger than standard daycare cots, so those sheets are made separately. Call us at 336-623-4821 for pricing and color availability.

Standard cot sheets come in 15 colors: Aqua, Coral, Dove Gray, Lemon Yellow, Light Sage, Lime Green, Pastel Blue, Pastel Green, Pastel Yellow, Purple, Ruby Red, Sapphire Blue, Soft Ivory, Soft Peach, and White.

A cot cover is a fitted fabric cover that slips over an entire stack of daycare cots to keep them clean, dust-free, and out of sight between naptimes. Instead of leaving a bare stack of cots in the corner of a classroom, a cot cover gives the stack a neat, uniform look and protects the sleeping surfaces from dust and daily classroom mess.

Cot covers are custom made to the height of your cot stack, so you measure your stack and we sew the cover to that exact size. Pricing is based on stack height: 12" to 42" is $70, 43" to 54" is $80, and 55" to 65" is $90, with taller sizes available by quote. Yes. Our cot covers are made of PES polyester faux suede, which is machine washable and virtually wrinkle-free.

Custom cot covers ship in about 5 business days after we receive your measurements. If you are in urgent need, call or email us and we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline.

A daycare rest mat is a vinyl-covered foam mat that gives each child a comfortable, sanitary place to sleep at naptime. Unlike home nap mats, daycare rest mats are built for full-day center use: the vinyl surface wipes clean between naps, and the mats stack for storage between rest periods.

Our rest mats come in 1" and 2" thicknesses and multiple lengths including 36", 45", and 48", plus a smaller waddler size, so you can match the mat to every age group from waddlers and toddlers through preschool and kindergarten.

Yes. Our rest mat sheets are sized to fit standard daycare rest mats and hold up to daily laundering, just like our cot sheets.

Yes. Our daycare crib sheets are made for the portable cribs and compact crib mattresses used in child care infant rooms, which are smaller than home nursery cribs. We also make the crib mattresses themselves.

We make vinyl changing table pads in flat, molded, large, and toddler styles, and every pad is custom made to your table's exact dimensions in your choice of 25 colors. If you have an older or nonstandard changing table, send us the measurements and we will make a replacement pad to fit.

Infant bibs are sized for babies, and toddler bibs are larger for self-feeding ages. Both are made for the repeated daily washing of a child care center. We also make burp cloths.

A walking rope is a safety line with handles that keeps a small group of children together while walking, on field trips, crossing parking lots, or moving between buildings. Our preschool walking rope is 68" of sturdy nylon webbing with 6 colorful child handles plus a front handle a teacher can share with a child, and it is machine washable.

Each rope holds 6 children, and every rope has a sewn-in hook and loop strap so you can attach a second rope to accommodate more children.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and charged at cost via FedEx, or US Postal Service for residential addresses when it saves you money, and we pass that savings along. We keep product prices low and charge actual shipping instead of building it into prices, which usually works out to a better total than "free shipping" sites. See our shipping page for details.

Yes. Child care centers, preschools, and school programs can pay by purchase order: just choose the purchase order option at checkout and enter your PO number. You can also call us at 336-623-4821 to place a PO order by phone.

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of delivery, as long as items are in new, unaltered, and unused condition, meaning not used, washed, or altered. After 7 days, exchange or store credit may be offered at our discretion. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
